Smile Scholarship

Each year Dr. Spokane offers a $500.00 scholarship to a Senior who can explain in a 500 word essay how their smile has changed their life.

The Senior must be a past or present patient of Spokane Orthodontics.

Deadline to enter is April 1st

Attach your essay and a senior photo to an email and send them to: spokanesmilescholarship@gmail.com

Entries can also be dropped off at any of our six locations.
