At Spokane Orthodontics, we are committed to providing the best quality orthodontic care possible. Our orthodontists, Dr. David Spokane and Dr. Melissa Karski, are both board-certified by the AAO. They specialize in a range of treatment options for both children and adults, including traditional metal braces, Invisalign®, and early interceptive orthodontics.
We have six locations in Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, and Allegheny Counties. Offices are located in Chippewa, Center Township, Ambridge, Ellwood City, New Castle, and Cranberry Township. Dr. David Spokane
Dr. Spokane was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. He attended Gateway High School in Monroeville, PA, where he graduated with high honors. He currently resides in Beaver, PA.
Dr. Melissa Karski
Dr. Karski is also native to Western Pennsylvania and proud to have graduated from Butler Area High School. She continuously keep herself up to date with the most current techniques in treatment as well as with new technology.
Dr. Alexa Spokane
I was born and raised in Beaver, Pennsylvania. I attended the University of Pittsburgh, earning my Bachelor of Science in Biology, and continued my education at their School of Dental Medicine, where I obtained my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
